This remote seafront property is situated in a quiet and enchanting spot that offers unobstructed, panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, being just a few meters away from two secluded beaches. The villa of 320 sq.m. extends into 3 levels, which are all accessed by both an internal staircase and an elevator.
The main entrance is on the middle level, which includes a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room for 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen and an en suite bedroom with a double bed. Wood and marble dress the floors, giving a sense of quality and elegance. Outside of this level there is a covered veranda with stunning sea views, which includes an al fresco dining area.
On the top level there are 3 more bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en suite shower room, one including a living area with a fireplace and finally another with a double wooden bunk and an en suite shower room. All three bedrooms open outdoors on a terrace overlooking the sea.
The lower level is on the ground floor next to the pool terrace. Accommodation encompasses an independent apartment with a living area and 2 en suite bedrooms as well as an independent studio with its own bathroom. A full range of utility rooms is also available at this level including: a large play room for children, a bathroom, a storage room and a laundry room.
The villa’s interiors open onto spacious verandas overlooking the sea. The predominant element of the surrounding area is the huge swimming pool (24×11 m.). Several sunbeds are laid around it.
Under the pergola, which is next to the pool there are: a large outdoor dining area, built-in sofas, a bar and the built-in BBQ.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF LEASE
• The villa is available for both short-term and seasonal rentals.
• Short term rental requires 1 week (7 nights) as a minimum stay. Availability and rates are available on request.
• Rental period for the season: April – September
• Seasonal rent: 60,000 €.
• The rent for the season does not include the running costs of the house (cleaning, water supply, removal of sewage, electricity power supply)
LOCATION & ACCESS
The villa is located at the eastern end of the island, 15 km away from Mykonos Town and the Old Harbor. The access to the villa requires a 3 kilometers driving via dirt road therefore a four-wheel-drive vehicle it is strongly recommended for the guests’ transportation.
