Newly constructed, this private resort is located on the South-Eastern part of Mykonos Island, right above Kalo Livadi bay. It consists of an exclusive collection of three (3) villas, one (1) guesthouse and two (2) pool suites providing the ultimate luxury living experience as well as the highest level of privacy and indulgence.
ACCOMMODATION LAYOUT
Villa A consists of 5 spacious bedrooms.
On the main floor (pool level) there is the public area comprising the large living room, the dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen in an open plan layout. A master suite of 40sqm. and a large bedroom with King Size bed are also included to this level.
On the First Floor there are three (3) bedrooms with King size beds, fully en suite bathrooms and two verandas with built in lounges, overlooking the sea.
An al-fresco dining area that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 persons is outdoors.
Villa B consists of 4 spacious bedrooms:
On the main floor (pool level) there is a large living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, all set in an open plan layout. Also on the same level there is a Master en suite bedroom of 50 sqm.
On the first Floor there are two (2) Master Suites of 35 sqm. each one, with a large Veranda featuring a built-in couch and nice sea views. Another large en suite bedroom with Queen size bed is also included to this floor.
Villa C consists of three (3) spacious bedrooms:
On the main floor (pool level) there two (2) en suite bedrooms, as well as a large living area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. This level has an abundance of indoor space and features a large projector screen area and a living room that can accommodate up to 25‐30 guests.
On the first floor there is one (1) Master Suite of 80sqm. with a private living room and a large Jacuzzi on the balcony for up to 4‐5 persons.
The Guesthouse consists of two (2) spacious bedrooms.
The master suite of 40 sqm. has an en suite bathroom and an indoor private sitting area. The second bedroom has a King size bed, en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have their private entrance but can potentially be used as connecting as well.
The two (2) Pool Suites of 40 sqm each.

All areas are luxuriously furnished to the highest quality and detail and according to the latest design trends. The property’s facilities include a gym, a professional chef’s kitchen, an in‐house laundry unit, and an in‐house personnel apartment.
OUTDOOR AREAS
The villa has an exclusive use of a 5.500 sqm. land, featuring flowerbeds and gardens planted with Mediterranean flowers, cactuses and other decorative plants.
A large (6x20m) private infinity pool is just outside the Villa A, being surrounded by the green landscape.
The second pool, which is also big (12x16m) is outside the B and C villas, featuring 3 spectacular dip‐in water daybeds, facing the sea. It is surrounded by two large built-in sitting areas that may sit up to 32 people
In the main pool area, there is a large outdoor event area for up to 500 people and a special constructed BBQ and Bar Area, including a built-in Italian oven, a large gas‐operating BBQ, built‐in sitting areas and various lounge pillow areas. The above setting is situated in the different outdoor levels where you can enjoy the unforgettable views.
The picturesque chapel, gracefully located in the North part of the premises marks a fantastic wedding venue.
HOUSE RULES & POLICIES
• A daily 5-hour service is available and included in the rental rate. Housekeeping duties do not include waiter or kitchen helper services.
• Linens are regularly changed twice weekly.
• Smoking is allowed outside only.
• No parties and loud music that will disturb the neighboring properties during the time curfews are allowed in the property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Sub-letting the property is not allowed.
