Being on the top of the complex, Villa One provides amazing panoramic views of the island. It benefits from the well organized al fresco relaxing spaces that can facilitate gatherings of more than ten people.
Next to the well-sized private swimming pool, which is the focal point outdoors, a broad shaded terrace sets, including the barbecue, the open bar, and the spacious dining area, overlooking the changing colors of the sea. An open air lounge area is ideally designed to offer exquisite sunset experiences.

This level encompasses the public area of the villa that comprises the living area, graced by a wood burning fireplace, the dining area, a guest WC, and the fully equipped kitchen.
Outdoors: Infinity swimming pool with sun beds, covered pergola with BBQ, open bar and dining area. Lounge area with spectacular sea and sunset views.
Independent Guest house (size 51 sq.m.): studio comprising a double bedroom, a living area and a shower room.
Gym (size 31 sq.m.): newly built and fully equipped.
2. Ground floor (size 75 sq.m.)
This level comprises two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a playroom, a guest WC, and a staff room that can be used as an additional single guest room.
3. Top floor (size 30 sq.m.)
This level includes a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a walking through cloakroom.
