The special Villa #2 overlooking Elia bay is a contemporary house, beautifully furnished & decorated. It is situated in a private and tranquil location that benefits from panoramic views towards the Southern Aegean Sea. It is only a few minutes’ drive away from the popular beaches of the Southern part of Mykonos island.
ACCOMMODATION LAYOUT
The 2-storey house is suitable to accommodate up to 6 guests.
On the ground floor there is a lounge and a living room with dining area, modern chairs, TV and comfortable sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances, dishes, glasses, cutlery and kitchenware. At the same level, there is an en suite bedroom with direct access to the pool.
On the top floor, there is the master bedroom, as well as the third bedroom with its en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms open to a veranda overlooking the sea.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The private infinity pool dominates the property surrounding. On the pool terrace there are sun loungers, pillows, a large dining table with chairs, as well as an outdoor bathroom for shared use.
