Villa Paradise Dream in Mykonos
The Villa Paradise Dream is an extraordinary property of unique subterranean architectural concept and minimalist style décor with wooden elements, whose construction was completed in 2019. It is situated on an exceptionally private and quiet location in Tourlos, overlooking Agios Stefanos bay.
Due to its distinctive design, each and every room of the property faces the western Aegean Sea and enjoys amazing unobstructed sea sunset views, being the ultimate destination for a dream vacation in Mykonos.
Accommodation layout
The villa Paradise Dream consists of the main house and the guest house and features 5 bedrooms plus 1 assisting bedroom, an independent staff room (staff-in-house) and 8bathrooms. It may comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
The main house hosts the main interior living and dining areas, four (4) en suite bedrooms (including the master), the open plan kitchen space with its large cooking/food preparation areas, the wine room, a guest WC and the gym.
The independent guest house consists of a large room apartment which features 2 bathrooms, a double bed, the living room area, the kitchenette and a sofa which turns into a double bed. This space may be separated into two different rooms, each with its own bed (one of which is the sofa) and bathroom.
All villa’s bedrooms have sea sunset views and open to their own private patios.
Outdoor areas
Outside, the villa boasts expansive terraces and patios (of a total of approximately 500 sq.m.) that offer breathtaking views of the sea, the sunset, Mykonos Town, and the surrounding landscape. There is a large infinity heated pool that seems to blend seamlessly into the horizon, as well as plenty of comfortable outdoor seating areas where guests can lounge in the sun or shade. A built-in barbecue area and outdoor dining table make it easy to enjoy al fresco meals.

Policies and Rules
Payment policy
If the booking has been confirmed more than 60 days prior to the check-in day:
● 1st instalment of 50% must be paid within 2 days from the booking confirmation
● 2nd instalment of 50% must be paid up to 60 days before the client’s arrival
If the booking has been confirmed less than 60 days prior to the check-in day:
● 100% of the rental amount is required to secure the booking
Security Deposit
EUR 7,000 to be paid via bank transfer/cash payment upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
The payments are non-refundable.
