Villa Magic Dream Pantheon in Agia Sofia
Villa Magic Dream Pantheon is situated in the prime Agia Sofia area, overlooking the Aegean Sea and being conveniently close to Mykonos town and the new port. The property features nine (9) elegant suites, an outdoor area with spectacular panoramic sea and sunset views, and exceptional facilities such as a hammam unit, a gym area, a picturesque chapel, a Chef’s kitchen and a bio garden.
Accommodation layout
Villa Magic Dream Pantheon is spread over four (4) levels. Interior areas are beautifully decorated with warm, earthly colours and wooden details, and are filled with unique and exceptionally high-end pieces of furniture and art. The suites have the names of the neighbouring islands that can be seen from the villa.
The top level comprises the independent unit of hammam with shower/toilet facilities, which also hosts the gym (indoor 51 sq.m. and outdoor 74 sq.m.), and the first guest room (“Syros”), which features a mezzanine with an en suite double bedroom and a spacious wooden terrace with a built-in Jacuzzi.
The next level down is the main/pool level that encompasses the 2 main accommodation units:
The first unit hosts the kitchen and main living and dining area on the ground floor and one double bedroom (“Naxos”) on the first floor. Behind this unit is the chef’s kitchen and staff facilities.
The second unit hosts two double bedrooms(“Tinos” and “Andros”, optionally interconnected).
Descending to the lower level, guests may find a cave style passage that exits to the guest houses area. This part of the villa hosts five (5) independent guest houses with independent entrances (“Yaros”, “Baos”, “Rhenia”, “Delos”, “Paros”) all enjoying unobstructed sea/sunset views, a kitchenette for the guests of this level and the chapel.
All guest houses are double except “Baos” which is single. In addition, “Delos” and “Rhenia” are optionally interconnected while “Rhenia” may also be set as a quadruple with the use of 2 roll-away pull-out beds.
Outdoor areas
The entrance to the villa is on the top level, which hosts the parking area.
The main outdoor area of the villa is around the infinity pool, featuring the sunbathing area with the sunbeds, the pool bar, a pool bathroom facility (shower and toilet), the main al fresco dining area for 14 guests and a secondary dining area for another 4 guests, multiple seating and lounging spots, professional gas BBQ, and a swing.
The bio garden is on the lower level of the property.
