Villa Dream View Daedalus is a beautiful 6-bedroom property with unlimited sea views, located on a hilltop above Elia beach.
Accommodation layout
The main house is spread over two (2) levels. The interior is gracefully decorated and equipped with audio and video systems which include Smart TVs and a ceiling projector at the main living area.
The ground level (pool level) includes the living room with deco fireplace, the dining area for up to 8 persons, the open plan fully equipped kitchen, the guest WC, an en suite double bedroom (28 m2) with pool/sea view and an en suite twin bedroom (24 sq.m.) with built-in beds and property views.
The top level hosts the master suite (34 sq.m.), which opens onto a private terrace with Jacuzzi (which can be also accessed from the pool area) and a second double en suite bedroom (25 sq.m.) with sea/property view .
At the lower level of the property, outside of the main house, there are two (2) guest rooms:
– Guest room 1 (33 m2): en suite double bedroom with kitchenette and private patio/sitting area (independent access) with property view.
– Guest room 2 (23 m2): en suite french double bedroom with kitchenette (independent access) with property view.
Outdoor areas
The 2.000 sq. m. plot with flowers, cactuses and other decorative plants give the guests an abundance of spaces to enjoy and offer the opportunity to relax. The outdoor space features an infinity pool, grass area, multiple large lounges and a dining area for up to 14 persons with a bar and a built-in BBQ.
