Villa Seafront Dream Cascade is a brand new waterfront property located in Aleomandra at the edge of a rocky shore. The property being built right above the Aegean waters benefits from amazing unobstructed sea views. Just a few steps away from it there is a small isolated sandy beach which guests may freely visit.
Accommodation layout
Villa Seafront Dream Cascade expands on 3 levels, which may be accessed by the stairs or the lift. It is elegantly furnished and decorated with warm, welcoming colours and may comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
The ground floor features a spacious living room which opens onto the main outdoor area with the pool and the outdoor dining area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining area, a guest WC and three (3) en suite double bedrooms (out of which one may be set as a twin).
The first floor features the second open plan kitchen and two (2) en suite double bedrooms, out of which one is a master with panoramic sea views. Both bedrooms open to the first-floor terrace
with built-in lounge areas and the fire pit. The staff room is also located on this level, right next to the kitchen, and has its own bathroom.
The second floor hosts the main master bedroom with panoramic sea views and a walking closet, which opens to the terrace with the outdoor Jacuzzi.
Outdoor areas
Villa Seafront Dream Cascade boasts multiple outdoor lounge areas, a private infinity pool (heated upon request), an outdoor Jacuzzi and an outdoor fireplace (fire pit), which creates the perfect focal point from which guests may enjoy the astounding sea views.
