The Villa Summer Dream Arion being inspired by spectacular whitewashed Greek islands, is designed to make the most of the idyllic island lifestyle. The property boasts grand, open plan living areas and stretches on a 4,000 sq.m. plot which overlooks the Aegean Sea, with olives and other Mediterranean plants.
Accommodation layout
The property features the main house which hosts 0n its ground floor the open plan, fully equipped kitchen, the main living room and a guest WC.
The first floor comprises the master bedroom and other two (2) en suite bedrooms, which open to private balconies.
A guest house (independent entrance) with en suite bathroom is located next to the main house at the ground level of the property.
The second guest house (with independent entrance, kitchenette and en suite bathroom) along with the gym and the massage room are located at the lower garden area.
Outdoor areas
The vast outdoor area may accommodate events of up to 500 seated guests. It features a resort style 25m x 17m “Beach Entry” pool, a pool bar and several lounge and sitting areas where guests may relax on a warm summer day before enjoying the magnificent sunset.
