The Special Villa #3 in Mykonos is a newly built house suitable for accommodating up to 8 guests.
The beautifully furnished & decorated villa is situated in the tranquil area of Ano Elia. The location benefits from panoramic views towards Elia bay and the Southern Aegean Sea being only a few minutes’ drive away from the popular beaches of the Southern part of Mykonos island.
Accommodation layout
The house spreads over two (2) floors
The main entrance is on the top floor opening into the house’s public area. This level comprises the comfortable living area, the fully equipped kitchen, and the dining area, which are all set in an open plan layout. This floor also includes the guest WC.
The stairs lead to the ground floor where all the four bedrooms with their bathrooms are. The three of them open onto the pool terrace, which offers panoramic views of the area and the sea.
Outdoor space
The private infinity pool dominates the property surrounding. On the pool terrace there are sun loungers, pillows, a large dining table with chairs, and a hammock.
