The seafront villa spreads over two levels. Interior combines a tasteful decor with traditional architecture.
Main Entrance (pool) level.
This level comprises the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, and the dining area, three (3) en suite bedrooms out of which two (2) masters, and a guest WC. A fully independent guest room is also included to this level.
Ground floor (lower level).
The built stairs connect the upper with the lower level, where other two (2) master bedrooms with a shared balcony overlooking Ftelia Bay are. This level includes as well a second guest room with independent entrance (outside of the main unit)
Outdoor areas
The kitchen and the adjacent dining area on the main level open onto a shaded veranda, featuring the al-fresco BBQ and dining area. This level is surrounded by multiple sitting areas, which together with the outdoor gym area with direct sea view will satisfy the guests’ need for careless happy hours and relaxation.
The scenery is completed by its best part: the private pool and the sun beds that make the superb view look even better and meet the most demanding requirements for easy days under the dazzling Aegean sun.
