This newly constructed private resort is located on the South-Eastern part of Mykonos Island, right above Kalo Livadi bay. The property represents the ultimate luxury living experience while providing the highest degree of privacy and indulgence, with over 2.000 square meters of living space.
It features among others a chef’s kitchen, a traditional chapel and vast outdoor space, which make it ideal for large events.
Accommodation layout
The private resort Destiny consists of an exclusive collection of three (3) villas, two (2) bungalows and two (2) pool suites providing the ultimate luxury living experience as well as the highest level of privacy and indulgence.
Villa A opens onto the second infinity pool and grass area and consists of five (5) double bedrooms:
The ground floor (pool level) comprises the large living room, the dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen in an open plan layout. Two (2) en suite double bedrooms with sea/pool view and verandas are also included to this level.
On the First Floor there are three (3) bedrooms: an en suite double bedroom(corner) with private terrace and sea/beach/pool view, an en suite double bedroom with private terrace and pool/partial sea view, and an en suite double bedroom with pool/partial sea view.
Villa B opens onto the main outdoor pool/bar area, being connected with Villa C. It consists of six (6) double bedrooms:
The ground floor (pool level) comprises a large living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, all set in an open plan layout and one en suite double bedroom.
On the first Floor there are five (5) en suite double bedrooms, two of which share a veranda with sea views.
Villa C opens onto the main outdoor pool/bar area. It is connected with Villa B and consists of five (5) double bedrooms:
The ground floor comprises a small lounging area/entrance hall facing the back of the property and four (4) en suite double bedrooms.
The first floor has an en suite double bedroom (master) with private terrace with outdoor Jacuzzi and sea/beach/pool view.
The two Bungalows are on the lower garden level of the property:
-Bungalow 1: en suite double bedroom with bathtub and veranda with garden view. It can be optionally interconnected with Bungalow 2.
-Bungalow 2: en suite double bedroom with veranda with garden/beach view.
The two (2) Pool Suites:
Each Master suite features an en suite double bedroom with private mini pool (which may be heated upon request) with sea/beach view.
All areas are luxuriously furnished to the highest quality and detail and according to the latest design trends. The property’s facilities include a gym, a professional chef’s kitchen, an in‐house laundry unit, and an in‐house personnel apartment.
Outdoor areas
The villa has an exclusive use of a 5.000 sqm. land, featuring a natural grass area in front of Villa A, flowerbeds and gardens planted with Mediterranean flowers, cactuses and other decorative plants.
The property features two (2) large infinity pools with sea views and multiple lounge spaces in convenient spots around all units. The first pool is located at the main terrace in front of Villas B and C while the second pool is located outside of Villa A and is surrounded by the grass area.
The two (2) private mini pools,which may be heated upon request,are located right in front of the pool suites.
The main terrace is also equipped with a stone bar with a gas operating BBQ and a built-in Italian oven and 2large sitting and dining areas.
