Set on a hillside at the area of Agia Sofia, which is close to the Town, the Sunset Dream Villa M-One is part of a complex that benefits from spectacular sea and sunset views. Comprising 4 in total (M-One / M-Two / M-Three / M-Four) exceptional villas elegantly styled, the Sunset Dream Complex provides in abundance the special qualities of coolness, calmness, and luxury.
Based on a new form of the traditional Greek architecture, but in a minimal aspect, natural materials and clear lines have been used in a superb combination, resulting in a contemporary chic and comfortably casual feeling. Each house has its own colour identity that matches perfectly with the materials used. Accommodation is surrounded by generous terraces and gardens, providing private space for careless happy hours and relaxing easy days under the dazzling Aegean sun.
About Sunset Dream Villa M-One
Being on the top of the complex, Villa M-One provides amazing panoramic views of the island and the Town. It benefits from the well organized al fresco relaxing spaces that can facilitate gatherings of more than ten people.
Next to the well-sized private swimming pool, which is the focal point outdoors, a broad shaded terrace sets, including the barbecue, the open bar, and the spacious dining area, overlooking the changing colors of the sea. An open air lounge area is ideally designed to offer exquisite sunset experiences.

1. Entrance level (size 50 sq.m.)
This level encompasses the public area of the villa that comprises the living area, graced by a wood burning fireplace, the dining area, a guest WC, and the fully equipped kitchen.
Outdoors: Infinity swimming pool with sun beds, covered pergola with BBQ, open bar and dining area. Lounge area with spectacular sea and sunset views.
Independent Guest house (size 51 sq.m.): studio comprising a double bedroom, a living area and a shower room.
Gym (size 31 sq.m.): newly built and fully equipped.
2. Ground floor (size 75 sq.m.)
This level comprises two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a playroom, a guest WC, and a staff room that can be used as an additional single guest room.
3. Top floor (size 30 sq.m.)
This level includes a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a walking through cloakroom.

Terms and Policy
• A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
• The balance of the payment must be paid at least 45 days prior to the clients’ arrival.
• For bookings made within 45 days of arrival date, the clients will be required to pay full cost of their holiday rental at the time of booking.
• Check-in time is from 4pm onwards and Check-out time is 11 am.
• A refundable (within 10 days after the departure) security deposit of 3,000 EUR is payable with the balance of the reservation.
• A notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing. A cancelled reservation shall not be entitled to cancellation fees if only it is delivered to us up to 30 days prior to arrival.
• Minimum 3 nights stay is required. Minimum stay may vary according to season and is subject to availability.
• Pets are not allowed
