Comprising 4 in total (M-One / M-Two / M-Three / M-Four) exceptional villas elegantly styled, the Sunset Dream Complex provides in abundance the special qualities of coolness, calmness, and luxury.
Based on a new form of the traditional Greek architecture, but in a minimal aspect, natural materials and clear lines have been used in a superb combination, resulting in a contemporary chic and comfortably casual feeling. Each house has its own colour identity that matches perfectly with the materials used. Accommodation is surrounded by generous terraces and gardens, providing private space for careless happy hours and relaxing easy days under the dazzling Aegean sun.
About Sunset Dream Villa M-Three
Interior represents the contemporary style, which through boho and modern art touches, creates a sense of chic and pleasant feeling. The cozy living room, which can easily host up to 8 people, flows to the fully equipped open plan kitchen that harmoniously combines with the dining area. The house’s public area extends to a sizeable, pergola-covered outdoor space, which contains the sitting and dining areas.
All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, while one of them is in an open relationship with the transparent glass shower. The bathrooms have natural stone tiles, and excellent designed oversized shower rooms!

1. Entrance level (size 56 sq.m.)
This level comprises the open plan public area with the living area, the dining area, and the fully equipped modern kitchen. A guest WC is also encompassed.
Outdoors: Spacious dining and lounge areas covered by pergola and well protected by the famous strong north wind.
2. Ground floor (size 61 sq.m.)
This level comprises two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, the storage and machinery room.
3. Top floor (size 39 sq.m.)
This level includes two Master Bedrooms with one sharing bathroom.

Terms and Policy
• A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
• The balance of the payment must be paid at least 45 days prior to the clients’ arrival.
• For bookings made within 45 days of arrival date, the clients will be required to pay full cost of their holiday rental at the time of booking.
• Check-in time is from 4pm onwards and Check-out time is 11 am.
• A refundable (within 10 days after the departure) security deposit of 2,000 EUR is payable with the balance of the reservation.
• A notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing. A cancelled reservation shall not be entitled to cancellation fees if only it is delivered to us up to 30 days prior to arrival.
• Minimum 3 nights stay is required. Minimum stay may vary according to season and is subject to availability.
• Pets are not allowed
